Hummus in minutes! When you fancy it and you haven’t got any, when you want to use simple ingredients or when you want to save your pennies…this is a great, easy recipe and tastes amazing. Happy dunking!
1 can chickpeas, drained
Juice 1 lemon
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp tahini
1/4 cup water (plus more depending on consistency)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
- In a blender, combine all the ingredients until until smooth.
- Add in more water as you need it to loosen it.
- Store in the fridge for a week. We like to split the batch in half and freeze some.
