A current favourite in this house! And in the weekly ‘staples’ when it comes to food prep, so handy to have for snacks/puds/when the moment requires! Happy making!
2.5 cups oats
1/2 cup whey protein powder (doesn’t have to be whey, use what you have!)
2 tbsp honey or golden syrup
2 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup shredded coconut
Large handful raisins/sultanas
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix the wet ingredients separately and then add to the dry and combine. You might need to get your hands in the mixture!
- Roll into approximately 14 balls and refrigerate.
- Keep in the fridge in a closed container. They last approximately a week.
