Very Berry Banana smoothie

Serves: 2 (one for today, one for tomorrow!)

Ingredients:

Large handful of mixed berries (we use frozen but fresh works too)

1 banana

Handful of spinach

1 cup of cartoned coconut milk (could use almond/dairy milk)

1 cup water

1.5 tbsp chia seeds

2 scoops vanilla protein powder (or plain and add vanilla extract).

 

Instructions:

  • Blend all the ingredients together until well combined.
  • Decant into a large glass or flask if you’re on the move and keep cold.
