Our spice blends make meal preparation so much quicker and easier. It’s worth the 5 minutes it takes to put these ingredients together to save the daily fight with the spice/herb cupboard in our opinion!
Ingredients:
1.5 tbsp cumin
1/2 tbsp ground garlic
1.5 tbsp onion granules
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp ground star anise (we buy them whole and grate them).
Instructions:
- Combine all the ingredients together in a bowl and then decant into an old jar or clip lock container. Add into homemade burgers, stir fry’s, veggies or beef dishes for a Thai twist.
