Beetroot Dip

Great for adding to lunches, veggie based snacks, or putting on a good spread with friends and family…


2 cooked beets (we buy them pre-cooked from Aldi)

2 tbsps tahini (easily available in the ‘world foods’ aisle of most supermarkets)

1 tbsp olive oil

Juice of 1 lemon

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 heaped tsp cumin

Pinch salt



  • Chop the beetroot into smaller pieces and place into a food processor.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients into the food processor and whizz!
  • Pour into a bowl, simples! Delicious served chillled, and freezes well.
