Good for alllll types of dipping…bananas, strawberries, home-made baked goods, icing a cake, apple slices…or just eating off the spoon! And only 3 ingredients, suuuuper simple.
1/4 cup cocoa/cacao
Unsweetened coconut milk (we like Alpro)
Few drops liquid stevia OR liquid sweetener of choice (start with 1-2tsp honey/maple syrup)
OPTIONAL – 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- In a bowl, slowly add in the coconut milk to the cocoa. This is individual to how thick you want it, so just keep pouring until it reaches the consistency you like.
- Add in 3-4 drops of stevia, or a tsp at a time of sweetener until it reaches the sweetness you like. Remember the coconut milk will sweeten it too so you might not need much.
- Keep in the fridge. It WILL thicken up so just add some more coconut milk to loosen it again.
- Drizzle over a fruit salad, dunk your favourite baked goods in it or eat straight off the spoon 😉
