Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp smoked paprika
1.5 tsp mustard (any will be fine but we used wholegrain for this)
1tsp granulated garlic
pinch salt
Instructions:
- Add all the ingredients in to a food processor and mix together. Feel free to add more or less water depending on how thick you want it. It will thicken in the fridge.
- Pour into a jar and keep in the fridge.
