This pud is great for a post-workout snack, a quick and easy pud or a weekend ice-cream-styley treat. With only two ingredients and taking a few minutes to make, you’d be crazy not to!
1 tablespoon sugar free nut butter (peanut butter/almond butter/cashew butter etc)
*Optional handful of 85% dark chocolate chunks for ice-cream version.
- In a food processor, whizz the banana and peanut butter together. Scoop out into a small bowl or ramekin.
- Store in the fridge for a cold pud or in the freezer for more of an ice-cream texture. We like to add in some 85% dark chocolate chips for the ice-cream version!
